Return & Refund Policy

 ToolsPana follows a transparent Return & Refund policy. Returns/Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

Wrong Item Sent

If the model received is different from what is shown in the picture or if there is a difference in technical specifications, ToolsPana offers a full (no-questions-asked) replacement/refund as requested by the customer. However, the incident must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos. Note that for machines, tools, equipment, spares, or accessories, the color of the product might vary due to manufacturing upgrades.

Item Damage

In case of damage to the product, ToolsPana offers a full (no-questions-asked) replacement or refund, depending on the customer's preference. The damage must be reported to the ToolsPana Support team within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting photos & videos.

Defective/Incomplete Product Received

In case of a defective product, ToolsPana offers full refunds, replacements, or the availability of spare parts/missing pieces (if applicable) as requested by the customer. The defects must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product with supporting images & videos.

 Note: In case of any concern raised, the customer must share an opening/unboxing video of the product with the customer support team.

Cancellation Policy

ToolsPana offers a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the product is dispatched. However, for heavy shipments (above 10 kgs), cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of ordering the product.

 In the case of cancellation requests, after the product has been dispatched, a courier fee will be deducted for heavy shipments (above 10 kgs).

Refund Process

For pre-paid orders, the refund will be processed through a payment gateway or any other online banking/electronic funds transfer system approved by the Reserve Bank of India and will reflect in the same account from which the customer paid the transaction amount.

 In case of any kind of refund in an EMI transaction, interest already billed for a particular transaction is not refundable under any circumstances. While you will not be charged a processing fee for availing of the ToolsPana EMI option, the interest charged by the bank shall not be refunded by ToolsPana.

 We will initiate an NEFT transfer to your bank account for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders. ToolsPana requires your bank account details:

- Account Holder’s Name:

- IFSC Code:

 It generally takes 7-10 working days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.
